My nail tech was friendly, professional and detail oriented. She took the time to make sure I was satisfied with her work before finalizing my nails. Comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I give them 5 stars!

Brought my girlfriend in to get her nails done and Cen did an amazing job on her nails. Crazy Christy was also great, very friendly, and funny. Highly recommend

The reviews had me excited to go here. The appointment setter was polite and I was greeted promptly. That is where the positive part ends.nnThe full gel set is very expensive for what I received.nThe quality of my nails are poor. My nails are lumpy and the designs are uneven. After 1.5 weeks my nails are popping off with minimal use. It could be the person that did my nails was not as experienced but as a new customer, I would not be aware of this. I only went here because my normal salon was closed but I will not be back.nI can not speak to the quality of the other nail technicians.

LONG POST, BUT NECESSARY:nI have been looking for a black-owned nail salon in my area but happened upon this one. It's not black-owned but it's minority owned, so I was glad to give it a try. I called right before I went and made an appointment for a full-set (acrylic). When I walked in, the 3 techs looked at me like I had 8 heads, so I spoke, of course. Then the tech, who answered the phone when I called, finally asked what I needed. I told them that I had an appointment, but she seemed not to know what I was talking about, even though it was only about 20 mins later. I was directed to the tech named LiLi. (Latin music was blaring, and no one was talking to the other customer or me.) She wasn't very personable. I tried to make small-talk but soon gave up when I figured that she either didn't want to talk to me, or her English was limited. I do know a tiny bit of Spanish, and I heard her tell the others that my nails looked bad. Then she got on her phone and was arguing in Spanish with two different people during most of my time there. I paid and gave her a nice tip anyway. (After that she wanted to have small talk with me. TOO LATE!) The next day, TWO NAILS BROKE from just regular, everyday activity. I am a singer, so I had to buy nail glue so that I could look decent for the two performances that I had coming up that weekend. It is now a week later and FOUR NAILS are broken. I'm glad I got acrylic because I am going to have to take these off myself. So, my search for a nail salon with people who look and talk like me continues because I will not be returning to this salon, nor will I refer it to any of my family members or friends.
