NEVER stay at this complex! Me and my wife had several problems while living there for almost 5 years. They hide fees in your rent and no one is in the office to answer for it. They’ll direct you to another company to call and they never answer the phones. Our apartment flooded one afternoon (due to them working on pipes) and they act like it was a hassle to fix or like it was our fault. They even took our security deposit and applied it to bills (water, trash, etc.) that we no longer pay, since we moved out before the 15th of the month.nnSo just a word of advice, NEVER stay at this complex & no we don’t want your apology. Just do better!

I was looking for something that will fit my ideal move in date; in which I came across these apartments. The experience thus far has been amazing. Monique is such a sweet, caring and helpful person. She has went above and beyond for me; in regards to making this transition extremely smooth for me. I am definitely excited to become a resident at Villa By the Lakes Apartments. If your looking for a place that is affordable and clean then definitely come to this place and look for Monique!!! You will definitely not be disappointed!

I love the excellent customer service provided by Villas by the Lake in Jonesboro Ga. I called to inquire about these apartments after getting the run around from several others. Needless to say, that didn't happen when I spoke with Monique the assistant manager. She was willing to take her time and explain everything to me thoroughly. She answered all of my questions and didn't rush me off the phone as most have done. Monique was so kind, patient and professional. I really appreciated her help through this difficult process and I am so excited. I can't wait to be a community member!

Really lovely! But the layout feels a little cramped. But the views are beautiful.
