I have lived at this Property for 3 years now. It has been a great experience. The office Staff have always been Kind, accommodating, and community oriented. The property Manager is incredible! She make sure that all of your concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. If you fall on hard financial times the staff goes out of it's way to direct you to resources.nThere are constant community events such as Moon bounces for the kids, community dinners. The grounds are always clean, the neighborhood is extremely quiet. The only complaint I will make is that it does take some time for Maintenance to address your issues but I do understand that it is a big property.nnAnd I will state again the office staff is why i continue to renew here. I have never in my 3 years as a resident felt disrespected or unheard in any way. They are great people. There has never been a time from the Property manager down to the grounds keeper have ever been rude to myself or any of my neighbors.

My experience here was a solid three because they charge so much for the upgraded apartments but really they should just be charged the same rate as every apartment because I didn’t see no real difference. The one thing they have going for themselves is that they approve just about anyone. This apartment complex is a move in and GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER TO GET OUT IN A YEAR. I do not see how someone can stay here for more then a year. The time that I was there I saw the bug controller one time the whole year that I was there but I paid each month for a service never received I was not to fond of the assistant manager she came off as nasty nice anytime I spoke to her. My neighbors were nice and my building was calmed. The air conditioner kept breaking every few months. Other then that my stay was like i said a solid threes at the most.

I love to live at Enclave, the staff is friendly and respectful. Both managers are awesome,they make sure your work orders are done in on time and if you need help with anything they are very helpful with great resources. The apartments are spacious and the outside is always clean and litter free. I give these apts 5 stars for their great service!!!

Friendly staff professional intensive to help you out and help you understand the community nice clean Grounds Maintenance is friendly as well thanks team keep up the great job
