I must say the customer service is an understatement..I truly love Ms. Williams. she is very polite and supportive and get the job done! Ms. Williams also welcome my mom with open arms and made us feel like we was home. I so love her....Thank you Ms. Williams apt 9-E

Ms. Williams is amazing at her job, however her boss and the owner are not as great. I have been on a lease with them for about 4 months and I might have actually lived in the apartment for about 2.5 months before leaving. I truly hated living there with my child with the horrible neighbors, constant problems, and an infested apartment due to those neighbors and their pets. Ms. Williams tried her best to do the right thing, but was shut down by the manager and owner who only care about the money and not the people they actually rent to.

When I first did my application I was told that my initial date to move in wasn’t a problem. Well, it was... long story short my apartment was given away and the old property manager disappeared. When I told my situation to the new property manager she offered me a special for a bigger unit. She pays attention to detail and wanted to make sure the unit was perfect before I moved in. Thanks Ms. Carolyn.
