Nice and Friendly Staff , Anwsers the phone every time I called . Leasing Specialist Jessica is the best and communication is excellent. . My apartment In in love , Quiet and clean neighborhood. Everything was literally clean neat and remolded . I LOVE IT HERE ud83dude29

The best I can say is you get what you pay for. I stayed in the apartment that was by the pool, maybe I was unlucky and got the older apartment but this place has all types of problem like thin walls you can hear everything outside, floor creaks everywhere you walk, bugs.. roaches live with you here so you get use to it, loud neighbors. The front office picks up the phone whenever they feel like it but the maintenance crew will come quick to fix your issues. The pool has never once being open and I have lived here for a year now.

I have to say the staff here is amazing. i moved in sometime in January and i have to say i picked a great place to live. The neighborhood is quite and clean. Again the staff is amazing and i do mean all the staff. The office staff is very understanding with whats going on during this covid 19. Mrs Kimberly who is the assistant manger is the best ever. I never lived somewhere they really work with you instead of against you when you are having problems. I would definitely recommend people to live here.

Elite@285 is the place to live. Kimberli the Assistant Manager is the best. Did application on a Wednesday the next day i received great news of being approved. The move in was easy with all the Covid-19 going on. The communication was great my apartment is nice and the response tine is quick.. I love it here you guys should try it out..Hey if you're looking for a reasonable, quiet, gated and spacious apartment this is it. Thank you Kimberli for are simply the best

They barely answer the phone and they take forever to let you know if you were accepted or not . Please work on a timely manner and professionalism. They act like they’re working on their day off. Please hire some quick professional employees!! Your employees are the company
