The complex looks nice, apartment was decent but there were many problems. Trash piles up even with multiple compactors and door trash service, management/ office staff are impossible to get a hold of over the phone (has been weeks since moving out yet still recieve calls about the expired lease and renewing), when we moved in the AC was not working and did not work for weeks, in the middle of my lease the water and gas was changed to a type of bill where charges were based on the average usage of other 2 bedrooms in the complex (I did not have a washer and dryer and used little water but bill went from 4-5$/month to 50-60$ a month), the pool never opened in the 10 months of living there, many times the washers and dryers in community building were out of use, the gate to get into the complex has been broken for over 6 months. Only good things were the maintenance staff was very nice and apartment was a good size.

Horrible! It takes 2 weeks to come fix the A/C unit in the middle of the summer! Bugs EVERYWHERE! Please reconsider

The approval process was extremely fast! The only issue I ran into was that the resident in my unit could not move out as scheduled due to COVID-19. I was not notified of this until 3 days prior to my move in date. I was having many communication issues between the office staff over the phone. However, I decided to finally go to the office in person & Ms. Harriet Miller not only found me another available unit (after I was told there weren’t any) but also allowed me to tour the unit. AND she moved me in the same day! She’s the BEST! & my apartment is beautiful on the inside and out.

The apartment itself is stunning. I got a third floor unit and sitting outside is amazing. It’s spacious and the balconies are perfect. We were also moved in rather quickly. They were understanding with us and really tried to help as best they could but the roach problem is disgusting. There were hundreds of roaches coming out literally while we were moving our things in. We couldn’t even stay our first night because there were too many. We came back the next day and spent an entire day trying to kill roaches. We didn’t even feel comfortable putting things in our cabinets or buying groceries. We didn’t get to physically tour the apartment before move in so all we had to go on when choosing our unit so we had no idea. We tried to get ahold of maintenance over the weekend and was told just hang on until Tuesday that’s when we come back to work so we called an exterminator ourselves. It was unbearable.

I have been calling and emailing for a month or so to get someone on the phone to see about leasing a apartment but it seems like no one works at this place.
