Unprofessional leasing officer. I called the person thrice during my work hours and spent about 10 minutes spelling my email address but the guy intentionally got it wrong. I even texted the number but he didn't reply as he had no intention to assist. He was rude to talk to. I would advice that spend a couple of hundred dollars more per month and live and communicate with better people. Save yourself the trouble to even contact this apartment

I recently had an opportunity to visit Legacy at Riverdale and the changes they've made are impressive! My Brother has a unit there and the renovations are incredible. His 2 bedroom is spacious and the upgrades completely modernize the space. The grounds are well maintained and the access gate is manned 24 hours a day. In addition to the physical changes, the Staff, specifically Mi-Mi and Darnell, are attentive and prompt. They made me feel just as welcome as a guest as He feels as a tenent. Its affordable and convenient!! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to live in the area!

Dominic Lindsey was my leasing agent, he was so awesome. He made sure everything was smooth sailing and ready to go. My unit was exactly the way he showed it in his video. No disappointments since I began the process.

I have lived at LoR for 3 years. I am in college and a 9-5 working adult. This was my first apartment on my own. I regret moving here. The promises they made on improving the complex has remained unfulfilled. LoR started external updates/renovations but have not completed anything. They paint over issues instead of fixing them. They overcharge on rent and management gives you the runaround on correcting it. The rent they charge is not worth the actual experience. Being cordial when someone first signs the lease is great; but maintain that same energy during the actual renting period. I thought LoR had potential considering the area is undergoing positive changes. It does not. DO NOT move here. The people who actually live here will vehemently tell you that.
