Just cause

This Waffle House today was horribly awful! Me and my husband walked in and no one greeted us. We stood there for a good 5 min while the waitress slowly cleaned off a table. After she was finished she didn’t say nothing to us and just kept walking and doing whatever. Me and my husband decided to sit down at the table that she had just cleaned. We then waited another 10 min without anyone coming up to us and saying anything. We then just got up and left and again no one said nothing to us! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We definitely will not be back to this location!!!!

Normally this is a great place to eat. Especially during the morning shift. Mrs. Marie is the best waitress in the whole establishment. She has customer service skills above and beyond excellent. The morning shift cooks are excellent, clean, and prepared to cook your meal. None of this can be said for the evening shift. I went in at 7:01 PM this evening . I spoke when I entered the door and the waitress with the blue hair and the cook looked at me and never said a word. I sat down for 20 minutes with no one coming to take my order. Another waitress came in with a Subway bag and did speak but continued to fix herself a drink and talk on her phone via ear buds. Then she stated to the person on the phone that she don't clock in until 9PM so that I could hear it. Great customer service is the ingredient that builds great businesses. The staff on the evening shift need serious training in this area.

I don't like how they took away indoor seating for the 2 go area. But my waitress was awesome.

The food and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely liked the environment of this restaurant. Fantastic spot to take my family out for lunch.
