I love this place I have been going for years. Kathy is who I ask for everytimr I go there she is so sweet and the customer service is awesome. They don't talk about you but they treat you like family..
They charged my card three times. Said they refunded me and I would have to wait to get my nails done when I received the refund. They were half way through doing my nails and told me to leave. I cried because I wanted to put hands on the tech but I enjoy my freedom. I should of paid afterwards but I hate reaching in my purse after my nails are freshly painted.
Their customer service is really good and they are nice and like to conversate the nails are ok, they know how to do some designs and the do not know how to do some.
Terrible nail techs.....nails won't last a week....polish look like a kid painted them. Shape was awful! I gave this place two tries and both time I was disappointed never again!
They shaped my nails good but the lady was rushing to do another customers nails and my polish was done terribly and she didnt let me sit in under the dryer she just told me she was done
