I took my two daughters and myself here. We were getting two fill-ins and a full set. We waited over 45 minutes. My daughter who needed a full set went first, the man who sits closer to the front door did her nails. He never asked her length or shape. He just started cutting and doing what he wanted. All of her nails look different shapes. The paint job was horrible. There are tiny black hairs painted into her nails. My second daughter who needed just a fill in went ahead of me. Her pinky on her right hand had started lifting. Instead of just replacing that nail or cutting the acrylic back. The nail tech removed all of my daughters nails and put on a new full set. Before the tech started removing my daughters nails I already had been taken to a station. The last tech who was doing my fill in was horrible. She never filed the new acrylic down so now the is a huge hump in most of my nails. She didnt properly shape them' poorly painted, and clumped gel top coat on. I paid $150 for absolutely horrible work.
Not my go to nail shop but tried them because I was in the area. I will not be returning. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and she did an excellent job but the one that was walking around like a drill Sargent was rude. Her energy was not good at all. The 2 stars are only for the decor and the lady that did my toes!
Ms.Ruby did a great job doing my pedicure.
I went here to get a full set. The lady that did my set said all of two words to me all while yanking my hand & fingers. She got paint all over my hand as well. The set was mediocre and the ambiance is bland. Will not return.
