I went in to get my nails, pedicure and eyebrows done. Everything was excellent...then came the bill...143.00 was the quote the lady who did my nails told me and even handed me the receipt and it said that...I did not sign any cc receipt...I look at my bank alert and I was charged 170.00...so I am upset to say the least that I called over and over no answer. I will try and call one more time Tomorrow but then I am calling their corporate office. 25.00 tip without my permission, this is not cool...this is stealing.

I wish i could say they are great. Katie specifically is awesome. However, they are horribly unprofessional. They close at 7 even though it says 8. After 7 they wont take anyone even if they are empty. I made an appointment with one lady and at the time of the appointment she told me they dont tale people after 7. It was 6:50 and SHE is the one who TOLD ME TO BE THERE AT 7. Dont go here.

Don’t walk run from this place the attitudenThese people are very unprofessional and the work ethics it’s unbelievable on a bad note. They do not Appreciate you for coming in no respect they also don’t feel the need to explain anything to you Are to fix the wrong work

My overall experience was not bad. The lady doing my nails was really nice and made conversation with me. Shortly after I signed in I was put in a chair to receive a pedi and full set. I had me person doing pedi and another doing nails so I was not in there long which was a plus. The lady who was doing my pedi asked if I wanted the sugar scrub and I said yes. And she told me the price. For one their pieces are like $10 more than all the other nail salons I have been to. So she puts the scrub on then all of a sudden pulls out hot rocks and a hot towel. Now I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be a package or not but she only asked me about the scrub not anything else. Long story short ended up being almost $100. I’ve never spent that much at a nail salon. May not be much to others but I always get a simple set no design or nothing so it shouldn’t have been that much. And she did more than I asked for. Oh and I don’t like my nails. They’re uneven. Won’t go backnnUPDATE: it’s less than a week later and gel toe polish is chipping

So I sprained my ankle about six months ago and I had this knot like right where my ankle is and it wouldn't go away and I went to the doctor and they said it was a minor spring and it should have went away man the lady in there fixed it and that night it was gone I have no more pain in my leg she is fantastic so if you have like issues with your feet I suggest you go there quickly
