Omar, Ben, and crew took care of our drain field problem quickly and professionally. Everyone we have had contact with at Armor Plumbing has been friendly and helpful. The team at Armor Plumbing was quick to respond. Emily kept me up to date. When Devon arrived, he kept me informed with accurate information and provided a timeline on how the water heater work will be done. On installation day, he was on time, professional and. cleaned up after the work. Plus, he answered some of my additional plumbing questions and was very helpful. Called them over two weeks ago to fix a couple of leaks and a septic issue at my moms house.nnThey made an appointment for two days later and missed that appointment. Arrived the next day to look at the issue and told me they would send a quote.nnNext day I receive an email stating the work was complete and the ticket was closed. No work had been done. I called back a few days later and was once again told that I would be getting a quote for the work that needed to be done. No quote and no call.nnCalled back a third time and spoke with the receptionist again. I asked to speak with the owner and she said he was out in the field. I gave her my phone number and contact information. It has been three days and I have not received a call back from the owner or the plumber that said he was sending a quote. But that's OK. I called another plumbing service YESTERDAY and they came out TODAY to fix the issue.nnIf you need someone with a fast response you may want to look somewhere else.nnTo Armor, showing your customers they matter by making your appointments, returning calls, and delivering quotes as promised goes a long way.

This business is fantastic! I had an emergency leak inside my home and I was lucky enough to find these folks right in my town! Devin was out to my home within an hour of my stopping in, and located my leak and repaired it! He was so kind and professional and made me feel better about my meltdown during this crisis. This was a slow leak and had already done major water damage. This company saved the day and I would highly recommend and use them again. And thanks to the very kind young lady at the front desk as well!
