What a DISGRACE to customer service!!! He improperly installed my toilet and new faucet after a remodel of my home. I called and called and called from my number to have him fix it, but he never answered. When I called from a different number, he answered and then did not show for the corrections!!!! CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH THAT THIS MAN IS RUDE AND A TOTAL RIP OFF! He should be ashamed to be in business!!! Not to mention he stole a part to the faucet that should have been left in the box!!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!
