Had a great experience with this company. My AC broke down in the hot Florida summer and they were able to replace it with a brand new one in no time. Shoutout to Chris! He did a great job and his customer service was fantastic.
I had a great experience with this company. I am a resident of an apartment complex in Orlando. I had to have my air conditioning unit replaced. Chris completed the installation for me and did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and completed the job timely!
Two unsatisfactory experiences. 15 minute visit for evaluating AC thermostat. Was told nothing wrong. Charged over $120. Had to pay some other company for repair.nInstalled my own new kitchen garbage disposal. Dishwasher wouldn't drain. Called an Appliance repair company. Within 3 minutes found the plastic plug in disposal wasn't removed blocking dishwasher draining. One year later company refused reimbursement. Told me I could have a discount on future work from DBK...YEAH, RIGHT!
