The food was horrible but customer service was good.
I have never had such a horrible experience at a taco bell as I had tonight. I ordered online to pick up inside. The tracker showed my food was ready and able to be picked up. It wasn't actually ready for another 20 minutes. I ordered two tacos and nacho fries. When I got home there was no nacho cheese for the fries and the tacos had obviously sat for the 20 minutes because they were soggy and one was all over the bottom of the bag. None of the workers appeared to be moving with any purpose and was obviously getting many people's orders wrong. I wanted to do a survey but there's no store number written anywhere.
I love this taco bell! The staff are ALWAYS super nice and very polite! Today was the first time my order was missing stuff and the manager Evelyn was super super nice about it! Literally my favorite tbell ever!
This taco bell is always jammed packed but worth the wait. Currently you can only use the drive unless you're picking up. The line is long and it moves ok but so far they've never missed an item on my order and everything is neatly bagged . Like i said it is worth the wait on line.
The line in drive thru says it all. Fresh food, great service, and low price. The staff cares about the customers and will resolve any food issue.
