I would highly recommend Tom for cleaning out your dryer duct. He is a true professional that shows up on time and is a man of high integrity. His work is clean, thorough, and professional. He also took the time to fill me in on some things I was not aware of regarding installing a new washer and dryer, like, the dryer does not come with a plug! He educated me on the proper duct work for the dryer and fully explained how it should be installed and shaped for the proper air flow. He provided excellent service and I am 100%satisfied that I had him do the job. I have no reservations about recommending him.
Tom was very through and went above and beyond to ensure that our vents and dryer were working. Night and day performance after his services. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely call Tom again with any issues.
Tom Urban came to clean our dryer vent. He was professional, on time and very knowledgeable about not only about the vent cleaning, but also gave great advice on how to maintain our washer and dryer to keep them running efficiently. I've used Lakeshore Dryer Vent Cleaning for 3 years now. They have always been timely, professional and a great value. My dryer is running much more efficiently! It's important to keep keep air ducts clean to prevent dryer fires. I do as much as I can myself, but having these guys come once a year makes a real difference!
