All-Rite's A & A Water Systems

To start with we called this company to find out why our system wa a hooked up wrong Brain came out gave us a estimate ! They added a water filter and left didn’t fix the problem . We called them and said are you guys done with fixing our problem with the water because it didn’t fix it ! Brain came back our and even took the book for the softener . Well the water system failed he said and that what our problem is ! And he wants us to buy a new system . Well after getting a bill for $480. Including another service call !ud83dude14 I am not paying this Bill I will be calling the BBB !! I decided to call my fried. Knotts water and he is putting a new system in . He told me that if he would of came out he would of told me not to use any of this system to take it back it was brand new !!! So I really Disappointed in this company for one to take my money and not fixing the problem not getting back to us accordingly with the problem we were having. If you don’t know what your doing then you shouldn’t be in this business .

A&A has historically been pretty good to me however, their most recent salt delivery to my home has me livid and ready to cancel any further service from them. I travel a lot for work and work long hours even when not traveling and as a result depend on services I pay for to be performed properly as they help maintain my home. As you can see in the photos with the last salt delivery whomever dropped it off just left 2 bags of salt next to my brine tank. The brine tank has no salt in it and filled up with water. They have directions on file that I want the tank as full of salt as possible as I use a lot of water monthly. It is absolutely inexcusable that I be charged 3x what a bag costs (Yes I understand the cost is covering the delivery) when the service that is supposed to come with paying the premium is NOT rendered remotely close to what I’m paying for. At the very least I should have received a phone call informing me the brine tank was full of water and a service call was recommended (even though in my experience a brine tank can fill with water if you are out of salt not just as an indication there may be a problem with the water softener). However no phone call was made. I ended up checking my system 3 days after the service because the water felt “hard” in he shower and my sprinkler was leaving hard water spots on my truck. That’s when I found I didn’t get what I paid for... I also called and left a voicemail with them when I found the problem as it was outside their normal business hours. It’s now been 3 days since leaving that message and no one has bothered to return my call. There really is no excuse for not performing a specialty service properly or not responding to customer issues. This drops them from a 4-5 star operation to a 1 star operation in my opinion.

Woulda gave 1 but they showes up. Expensive double mpst prices and charged an out of county fee to sevice me when they're store is located 2miles from house in thos county. No wonder avg review is so low.
