Was actually recommended to go here from someone from Ace Hardware, they couldn't answer our questions so sent us here, very glad we found this spot! They treat you like family from the minute you walk in and go above and beyond to help you, even with installation questions over the phone! And if they don't have what you need they will make it! Deserves more than 5 stars! We are regular costmers now.

they have been in business for a long time and are respected by everyone in the construction/hardware business. I have gone there many times and in the rare occasion they don't have the part, they helped me locate one. the prices are fair and their customer service is top notch. chains like ace, home depot or lowes don't even remotely compare to knowledge of their employees.
I always buy my plumbing items there and what I don't know they always help out , they treat you like family. Good service more then five stars I'll give them. And if they don't have it they will help you.
After two plumbing companies and at least 10 guys that “knew” how to replace the older cartridges & seats, I finally visited Palmers. Within 2 minutes, Emily had everything to rebuild the shower including necessary tools. She also gave me some cards and told me to call anytime and they could walk me through whatever I needed. I wish I had started with them. My first visit here but certainly not my last. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
