Great experience if you are looking to take care of your vehicle. They have absolutely all that you need
** Do not ** use your debit card here! I was charged $15 for 2 minutes of water. I figured they placed a hold on my card and that they would refund the money in a week. A week goes by, no refund. I call and she tells me to email a copy of my bank statement for proof. I did that and now nothing... No response. I was only supposed to be charged $2, but instead lost $15. Wanted to share my experience and advise you use cash only here.
Avoid this place.nVery old facility. Looks nothing like the photos. Machinery very out of date and in need of repairs. The automatic wash bay is really terriable. Start with the selection/payment device; it can no longer accept cash, that part is broken, the selection buttons are so old and worn nothing on them can be read. So you swipe your credit card and hope. The only button I could get to work was for the most expensive wash. The wash itself pretty much sucked. Since it's only a spray it did not get a lot of the pollen off my car.nTo top it all off while the only working button was for the most expensive wash/wax I only recieved the least expensive wash only.
I've been going to Bay Wpash for years. It never fails that an issue arises for me. The far west bay did not have an operating card reader to pay for the wash as is characteristic for that bay . Went to another bay and the tire cleaner did not work.
Don’t waste your money on the automatic wash, if you leave your car out in the rain you will get as good or better wash job.
