This was the first time I got a deep tissue massage and Rachell was amazing. Obviously the massage was great but she was very knowledgeable about the knots and stiffness in my neck and back and taught me different stretches and methods to stay loose. Will definitely be visiting on a regular basis !
I was in so much pain, felt like everywhere. Ra'Shell is a true intuitive of the body. She would pinpoint right where the worst pain was without me saying anything. You can feel the her hands actually getting hotter as they are on the worse pain. The stretching helped as well. I have gone to many massage therapist and Ra'Shell is among the top. Best massage therapist I’ve been to. I rarely go for a relaxing massage. I usually go in order to work out a knot, tight muscle or some other pain in my body. She listens and adapts the massage to work the areas that need it. She also goes above and beyond and suggests stretches or other things that I can do at home to help me stay pain free. I’ve been going to her for over 3 years. Wouldn’t see anyone else.
