Kelsi cut my hair and she is so kind and nice. She has a sweet voice on the phone and while she is talking to me about my hair. She did a perfect cut and she gave me lots of tips about how to keep long hair pretty and healthy. I look forward to going back.
I just came in for a trim. I got Katrina, she was very pleasant and did a great job with my wavy hair! definitely coming back
I went in for a trim today...I had very long hair ,down to the bottom of my back...I told her to cut 2-4 inches but i wanted the back to fall into a V when its flat ironed and down.. then i told her for the front to be angeled around my face with the first start of angel to be about 2 inch below my chin...The stylist was probably the nicest stylist i ever met and truly enjoyed the banter...But this was honestly the worst haircut ive ever received in my life...I was in shock when i saw it and didnt say anything but as soon as I walked out the door it hit me..I came home to blow dry and flat iron hoping it wasnt as bad as i was seeing...but its worse...My hair now sits on top of mt shoulders..probably a good 7-9 inches were cut off...and its horribly chopped uneven..Im devastated...
Ravin is the most unprofessional . she belittled a senior right before me and then when I canceled due to her rudness she screamed for.me.tp get out... I am contacting the CEO Steve hockett on this matter to see she is fired and should never represent great clips....SENIORS BEWARE...I actually saw the elderly wo.an leave and asked if she was ok, she said the hairdresser kept yelling so she left too
