I went to this establishment 3-4 times, but on my last visit I was sadly disappointed. Before I had women put on my lashes and wax my eyebrows. My one mistake was sitting in the chair with some guy named Ken. When he waxed my eyebrows he tore up a piece of my skin. Now weeks later, I still carry a scar on my upper right brow. When I asked for clusters, they raised the price and he put it on all wonky. I was not satisfied so I told him no and he had a major attitude. Very unprofessional and I made the decision to never step foot there again. I will just go to my personal lash girl who does a better job for less pay anyways.
l spoke with Andrea on the phone about some information about thier services and she was a sweetheart and very thorough in detail which made me feel so comfortable. I went there yesterday for my first time and Hailey took great care of me. Hailey was very professional, fast, and efficient she made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I already sent them 2motr new clients.nYOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I WILL BE A LIFETIME CUSTOMER!!!!

I’m highly disappointed in the service I received I heard good things about them so I assumed I was safe going here I got cluster lashes & my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Ken. Two days hadn’t even went by and my tint is non existent on top of the eyebrows being so boxy in the beginning I feel as if he drew eyebrows on with crayola marker and concealed them with concealer I won’t ever return to this place! A piece of my eyelash is gone also. I called them and complained just to be told I would have to pay a repair fee when I paid for a service and tipped that didn’t last don’t waste your time here unless you just want something that’ll last a day and erase!
