I scheduled an appointment at this salon and specifically scheduled the $25 basic wash, cut, and style. I again confirmed when checking in that I was getting the basic wash, cut and style for $25 and the stylist nodded to confirm. I asked for just a trim and felt the stylist took longer than necessary but overall did a good job. My problem and complaint comes when I went to check out and was charged almost $70, when I had confirmed multiple times I would only be paying for the $25 option. When I asked the stylist she said it was because of my length (even though I just got a trim) and amount of time it took to blow dry my hair. On my receipt, I was charged for just a haircut ($18) and a luxury style ($55), neither of these things were what I had been scheduled for. After the blow dry, I got up from the chair thinking I was done and the stylist insisted I sit back down so she could flat iron my already stick-straight hair. If that is what caused her to charge $55 for a “luxury style” then I should have been asked if that is what I wanted before she did it. I was under the impression the whole time that I was getting whatever was included in the $25 basic wash, cut, and style.nnUpdate: after speaking with the manager the following day, I was able to receive a refund.

I needed a haircut ASAP & decided to give Smart Style a chance. Hung Nguyen assisted me through the phone & ended up giving me the haircut. OMG! How professional and skilled this guy is; he cut my hair under 30 minutes. I showed him the haircut style I wanted, and he did an AWESOME job, *exactly* what I wanted, plus gave me some tips on how to take care of my hair & keep it healthy. The place was clean; they took all the necessary measures to prevent Covid from spreading; Hung was super professional and knew his craft. I am going back; I loved my haircut. Thank you Hung!

The staff are friendly and seem to really care about each other and the customers. In terms of the store, it’s very clean and always presentable.nnI love how Ginia cuts my hair and does an excellent job. I also love how Geidy does eyebrow waxing and does it with precision. Both stylist are extremely charitable to customers and each other, including other staff.

Stylist liked to talk more than she wanted to cut hair had the same customer for over an hour it is now 30 minutes past my son's appointment time and have now decided that I would rather do it myself don't waist your time

This lovely lady called Ginia assisted me and gave me a trim just exactly how I asked for. I highly recommend this place, good atmosphere and they’re all super kind. Definitely going back!
