The cashier was talking to a coworker about her personal life the entire time I was at the drivethru window. Didn't say a SINGLE word to me or even make eye contact. Just swiped my card and handed me my food without even looking in my direction! Also, during a prior visit, I got charged $12 for a 7-layer burrito and a chicken taco, and the guy on the intercom told me that the price was correct. Definitely done with Taco Bell if this is where their prices are going.

I just had a couple of tacos that were so delicious! The shell was so fresh and crispy! I have never had a shell that tasted so fresh! Even when I make tacos at home, the shell isn’t as fresh. I asked for tomato instead of cheese and they put a decent amount of tomatoes on the taco. Then, to make it a perfect taco, they didn’t oversaturate the shell with runny taco seasoning, which normally causes the bottom of the shell to get soggy and fall apart. Good job Totem Lake Taco Bell! I will be back!

It's fast food done Mexican style. Tacos, burrito, etc. But done in the style of fast food so most of it is microwaved. Not very tasty, if you want real Mexican food there are half a dozen better places within a mile. Bonus here is the drive thru. They serve Pepsi soft drinks here not Coke.

Most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. We went through the drive through and the person taking our order was laughing hysterically the entire time, assuming from whatever they were talking about with kitchen staff. When we went to the window we saw a staffer sitting on top of the counter, mask below their nose, talking audibly about puking. Can’t even make this up. So disgusting and they didn’t even get our order right. Not that we would eat it after all of that anyways. Stay away from here.

Good Taco Bell location. Order was correct, people were friendly. Crunchy tacos had a crispy shell and quesadilla was sliced neatly. Taco shells were even whole and unbroken, which is a minor miracle!
