Second day in a row where I ordered a turkey sub and they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Stood in line 20+ minutes w/ only 3 people ahead of me. Everyone had to order something different than they actually wanted due to multiple missing ingredients. They only had shredded cheese, they didn't have tuna, they didn't have some breads. All the ingredient tubs were almost empty. Maybe a delivery didn't come through, maybe someone forgot to put an order in, I don't know.

Staff is fairly nice and friendly. This is more about product quality. The bread completely fell apart on my sub within a bite. Everything just fell out. I was bummed. I hadn’t ordered a salad after all. I do understand that they are training new people, and because of that, there’s a good chance I will try them again and see about upping this by at least one star. Not bad, not good...fine.
