Always a great experience with manny, been using his Barber service for two years and his job is A+
I’m new to the area and was looking for a place to go get a fill on my acrylics. First I called to get an estimate on the fill, again, new to the area... the lady hung up on me because I was speaking English... I speak Spanish pretty well but struggle a little bit. My husband came to the phone as he is Hispanic to try and talk to the people, and they legit hung up the phone.. he called back and asked if there was a problem they said no... and he explained I wanted to get my nails done and if I needed to make an appointment. Then she proceeds to hollar at fellow employees to see if “any one has time to do a fill” and then said no...nnListen I understand that during these times of Covid that appointments may be necessary, but I truly feel discriminated against because I’m white and speak English.nnDiscrimination is never cool or professional no matter what race or nationality... I’ll take my money else where.nnWhat a shame, I live very close to that nail saloon, they could have made a regular client. Not any more!!nI’ll take my money else where !
Not going back. It was an okay experience but it’s not catered to the customer. The nail technicians are interested in gossip and talking trash about their coworkers. That’s all I heard during my visit. When you go to a nail salon to expect some sort of catering or relaxation but that was not the case. No one offered coffee nor water. Nails overall have lasted but the technician didn’t even file my nails straight even after asked about it.
Went to get my eyebrows done and they messed them up. One of my eyebrows was shorter than the another one. Never going back. Not a good place to get your eyebrows done!
I love the place because is very clean and has very relaxing atmosphere, the service is very good and the ladies that work there are nice and loving people! I love the nails that they do, so is a 5 star for me!
