PESIMO SERVICIO. PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.nHorrible customer service. I had an appointment for a haircut and waited 30 minutes for the lady who was doing nails to tell me she didnt even know she had a haircut to do. Told me to wait for other 15 minutes and continued to work on the nails of an employee. All employees were working on themselves hair while i was left there waiting without even a response if i was gonna get my hair done. Lady was ironing her hair.. what the hell. AND RUDE
The worst gel manicure someone has done. Not even de regular pedicure/manicure was done correctly. When I return to claim, the customer service was terrible.nDo not go to this place!
I have tried several different so called nail salons. This is the first one I got the service I was anticipating. I love this spa! The staff is so friendly and the place is comfortable.
Phone numbers don't work ...no way to make appointment.
Never in my life have I felt discriminated for my gender. Went in with my coworker, who is a girl, to get the mani/pedi special. I ended having to pay $40 for them while she paid $20. My hands and feet are not anything special and even then I finished before her. The people are nice, but not nice enough to swindle. Do not recommend at all.
