The lady made me feel uncomfortable. When she started doing my nails she kept trying to get me to get something else like, “get the design, get a pedicure, get a different shape, are you sure you don’t want a design”. She kept on begging me to get other expensive stuff. I kept telling her no I only want what I came here for. She then rushed on my nails because I didn’t want anything else
I was glad 2 go back after so long, ofcourse my nails look natural & beautiful
I asked for square & this lady continued to give me coffin. I then asked to switch nail techs & everyone acted as if it was my fault. The guy at the front proceeded to take 1hr to take off what the previous woman messed up & to start over. Overall the customer was horrible & when I complained I didn’t even get an apology
My acrylic nails were thick and bumpy. Asked for coffin shape and got square shape instead. Don’t know where they got their license. Never going there again!ud83dude21
I recommend them as the wait has never been long. Also, I’ve only had professional experiences with them. I may go today or tomorrow for a mani and pedi ud83dudc85ud83cudffe
