I tried to give this place another chance but I got my nails done a week prior and 2 fails have fallen off in the midst of doing NOTHING!! Plus the eyebrow guy really creeps me out and talk to the women like they aren’t worth $h!t. I guess because he lost 2lbs and thinks he’s got diet expertise but he has no customer service skills at all!

I went for a removal of gel polish and a manicure yesterday at Asia Nails, next to Presidente. The woman used the removal drill WITHOUT soaking my nails first so she had to apply alot of pressure and the drill was burning my actual nail. I asked her to soak my hands first and she said that wasn't necessary and continued to drill the polish off and ignoring my discomfort. During the manicure process, she asked me whether I wanted to file my nail or cut it. I told her NOT to cut it but just file. She never bothered to ask how I wanted my nails filed or shaped. She just started filing and was so rough that she filed my nail to half its length before I could stop her.nBecause of this, I had to file all of my nails down to match. I was so upset. She barely did the manicure and her sloppy and lazy polish job left bubbles and the polish lifting today. If you care about your appearance and not wasting your hard earned money, then do NOT go to ASIA NAILS.

Horrible. Techs had barefeet on chair. My tech was on FaceTime the whole time so distracted that he cut me three times. To add insult to injury, final product was terrible!

They cut me to where i bleed and if i get an infection i will be suing !! They lady didn’t listen when i told her that it was my real nail she was lifting them she cut it with a Cuticle cutter where it started bleeding !

Really good service, and on time! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten to a nail appointment and had to wait! Grateful for this place.
