G Nails Spa II

Went here once for a pedicure. I used to go to the original location. This location is bigger and cleaner. The lady over drilled my toes when trying to take the gel polish off. Ring of fire on my toe. That’s when your nail is really thin and it’s red from over filing. $30 for basic pedicure. I want to get acrylic nails on Monday from Luna she’s the best. Say no to the electric file if it’s not absolutely necessary.

I normally get my nails done here and NEVER had a problem...this time I went to get my nails and feet done for Valentine’s Day and the man who did my feet didn’t make my feet smooth... he just kept staring at me making me feel uncomfortable but at least he had the brains to give me the color I wanted then another man at table 8 was the worst nail tech I’ve ever seen... he refused to give me the COLOR I wanted ... and gave me this off blue color that wasn’t anywhere near close to the color on my toes... I pointed it out and asked for the color i wanted and he insisted on ignoring me and telling me what he thinks looks better... and then to top it off the job was done poorly... the edges weren’t clean they still had traces of the power that was dripping off my nail I pointed that out as well and guess what HE said... I will fix it which he did not... then after the job I go to the front desk and told o have to pay 112..... for a SIMPLE COLOR on coffin shaped nails...with a length I normally get and I pay less than that with designs and all and get told I’m being charged more than $20 extra for the length at this point I was beyond fed up and paid and left... then if it wasn’t bad enough not even a week passes and my NAILS ARE LIFING UP.... I called the store and informed them of my experience and that my nails need to be fixed the man said okay just show proof so I spent extra money going to and from there just so I can wait over an HOUR for ONE....ONE NAIL TOUCH UP WHEN THERE WERE MULTIPLE NAILS LIFTED UP...I asked if he can give me the right color I wanted since the first time and I’m told I have to pay an extra $25 dollars for it and he was painting over my nails not even powder which is what I paid for... so I was beyond fed up.... and at this point I wanted them off and had to pay 10 dollars to take them off because SIR DID NOT WANT TO FIX HIS OWN MISTAKES FOR FREE!!!!!!!! Then I tell the man in the front that my experience is getting worse and I’m still told i have to pay while looking at me like I’m crazy and going overboard !!! The nerve of these people.....do yourself a favor don’t waste your time and money on this place it’s utter trash the customer service isn’t worth it.... I’d have rather spend the almost 200 dollars I spent for nothing on a real professional nail tech that will listen to my request and will not try me like those people... and last more than a flipping week... spare yourself and don’t make the same mistake I did.... it’s not worth your time and money I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN And as far as Referring anybody to this place I will tell them don’t ever never go there ever in your life....

This salon is BEAUTIFUL, like it’s gorgeous and you know the service is the best. The front desk take precautions and very nice☺ufe0fI totally recommend getting ur feet done by the males cause they get the job done. However there pricing is high, I’m not gonna lie, but overall the service is great, their nails skills are amazing. I got my nails done in like August and nails lasted in good condition for 2 months and a halfud83dude06 and they know how to make conversation, like it’s not awkward. Thank god

The nail salon is beautiful. The girl at the front desk was really sweet. And Tracy was the lady that did my nails was awsome. The reason why am giving them 3 stars is because of their prices. Why is a basic pedicure $30 and a polish change on your feet is $15. I'll go back to do my nails ONLY, nothing else.

This place is very clean and fast. But are overpriced. You are not getting the value for your money. A simple full set is like 70 bucks and when I asked for the basic pedicure they still give me the deluxe. Which is an extra 20 dollars to have hot towels placed on your feet. The polish they put on my toes looks old and dried out. I will not be returning because I am unhappy with the prices. Also they have they do not have they prices posted anywhere so they can just quote you any price they feel like once the work is completed.
