I wanted highlights and a cut and decided to try this salon. I had Melanie! She took her time and did a fantastic job. My son also got a haircut and the girl did a great job. Everyone was super friendly and best of all everyone wore masks and they sanitized and cleaned everything before every client. What a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

Great place amazing with all types of hair. Family friendly. My 7 year old daughter loves it there. The owner and employes are top knotch. And take everything they do to the next level.

Though I have seen some amazing hair come out of this salon I have to agree with some of the other reviews and say that the girl that I dealt with was very unprofessional and lied. I scheduled my appointment a month ahead (which I felt was plenty of advance) and was told the night before via social media that a “family emergency” came up and she had to cancel my appointment. Which is completely understandable IF she ACTUALLY had a family emergency. It wasn’t until later on the day of my appointment that I found out that she had lied about having a family emergency and just didn’t want to come in because she had a sore on her lip. Which is also completely understandable but I would have appreciated some honestly. Instead I felt bad for her situation and told her I hoped everything was okay when in fact, there was no emergency at all. When attempting to reschedule she seemed to just want to push me onto one of her coworkers, which I was not interested in, she just seemed to have no interest in doing my hair at all. Unprofessional first experience, I wish it would have gone differently because I do really love their work.

I went in eight weeks ago for a dry cut with my hair was already flat iron , hair stylist cuts my hair as requested at the end she says let use the flat iron to fix this one part (bangs).So as I went up to receptionist to pay, my hair stylist whispered something into her ear which was rude with me standing right in front of them. The receptionist told me my bill was $52.00 then I said to her for a dry cut I’m getting charged that much ? then she said we added flat iron charge on top of that. I was like I came in with my hair already flat iron. I made appointment for one another cut even tho that was shady & unprofessional. I get call to confirm my appointment yesterday for today which I thought she said 8am I get their at 7:45 no one their the sign on the door says they open until 10:00 I get their about 9:38 I walked in and I told my appointment was at 7:45 which I said it in front of the owner/manger and said I went Bach home because the sign said 10:00 manger did not say anything to me as sit their for about 10/15 minutes my stylist came in the door took another lady who didn’t have appointment her and I was just talking, the stylist comes back to me and says your appointment was at 9. I just walked out . I don’t recommend the salon at all. It’s a shame because it’s in my neighborhood, now I’ll have to drive to Crystal River and give them my business.

Two words,...Thank You!! Thank You!! Thank You!!,.. ok, six words, and well worth it. I would consider no other establishment for my needs. Kudos to Christine and her entire staff. See you all again real soon. ud83dude09
