Incredibly disappointed. Owner refusal to wear mask even when my mother asked since she has pre existing conditions. I’m in shock and disappointed at the fact that others concerns and needs aren’t above their own inconvenience. Website states something opposite of practice Long time customer who used to send lots of clients that they unfortunately lost.nOwner just used the word “bullying”ud83dude44 in the response. Seriously? Apparently asking someone a question they don’t like and doing it professionally is “bullying”ud83eudd37♀ufe0f I mean just ridiculous. The response from the business that there is no truth to this is deeply disturbing. There is no gain to give a poor review. The review is merely to alert others who have the same concerns prior to their arrival to this location since practices are contrary to advertisements. I’m incredibly saddened and disappointed all the way around
Always exceptional service, and quality! Have been coming to this salon for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly suggest!!!
