Okay haircut, wonderful stylists, very friendly. Only been here once. Made new appt online for following month. Received call from another rep stating stylist I requested will not be in on day of my appt so I canceled appt. 2 days before day of supposed appt I get a text confirming appt. I called Salon and told them my appt was canceled due to rep not in and was told she is now going to be in. Told them to cancel. I already made appt elsewhere. I cannot go to a place that does not know when their reps are in or off.
I've always loved the atmosphere of ulta more than a sephora. They have genuine staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need ❤

Don’t shop here unless you want to be continuously followed around to make sure you’re not stealing, by rude employees who are not trained to know the products or brands at all and do not care about their jobs. ALSO, my mom went in to shop and to get her birthday reward at the BEGINNING of the month and the manager refused to give it to her because they were “almost out.” They still had some but refused to give it to customers even though it is a first come, first serve basis for the birthday gift. I’m certain the rude manager was saving some for herself. Ulta is a waste of time and money.
