I’ve been getting waxed for about 3 years now and today was the first time that I’ve ever had a wax so professional that I had to make a review. The ladies up front were so nice and helpful and my wax specialist... Taty (Tatyana) was so talented in her technique that I felt literally zero pain. She did my eyebrows and a Brazilian. I asked if she could count to 3 for me because I always have to prepare myself for each rip lol. I found myself not even needing the countdown because she was so quick and painless.
Customer service was excellent. Love the products, especially the Smooth Me. It really helps with my razor bumps.
I love getting waxed here with Tasha! She is amazing at her job and really goes the extra step for her customers. I have been getting waxed with her for 3 years straight. I had another specialist once and I really suffered for it. I really recommend Tasha to enhance your experience, trust me!
I paid $80 for a Brazilian + inner thigh + the good tip I left just to come home & notice that there was still an inch worth of hair & my butt strip still had plenty hair as well. I tried calling & they refused to let me speak to a manager I will NEVER go there again. Ridiculous.
