Bill was so kind, he built a pet carrier for us, while we were running late taking our newly found cat to the vet! It was very kind!! We are very grateful for his help.

Great place, always have my dog food in stock and now they have larger bags. Employees have always been helpful, store manager goes out of the way to help.

I was looking for a chicken coop as a gift. I couldn't find one in Tallahassee or Quincy. The employees were kind and knowledgeable. Lets be honest, the other customers set the tone. Someone held the door for me. Another customer went and got me a cart when my arms were full. An employee offered to carry my purchases. I have never felt so welcome in a store where I was not a regular. Way to go! Class act!

Team members are very welcoming when you come in the door. They always ask if I need any help. Also at checkout they ask if I need help unloading my purchase into my vehicle. Always kind and courteous.

It's an okay place very high on slot of tools most workers are ok there is a few that need to get with the times not all but a couple but all in all clean organized in stock good value deals rewards program just wish they would get more of a variety of other than one major brand would require a lot more room but more of an option...
