Good professional service, really annoyingly located in some random parking lot next to a mall. Expensive for the duration.nThe whole appointment is online so there’s no way to contact them if you’re running late or need to call for a later time on the same day.
Cleaning results are excellent for the price and the time taken.nnThis place doesn't do 'deep cleaning' and does not offer interior cleaning due to covid right now.

Easy to make reservations and pay ahead of time. Very friendly and professional. Little things like they knew me by name, thanked me by name, even the first time in there. Shows they pay attention to detail. Car looked great. Wish they had a larger operation there, as it can be hard to get in when it is convenient for you. I had my car ceramic coated at their new Redmond location, and they did a fantastic job. This a great follow-up for the detail work they do.
I took my car over to the express location at Redmond Town Center to have it washed yesterday. The online sign in process was quick and simple. They do require you to pre-pay for the services online. Rocky was the detailer and did absolutely an amazing job. My wheels are very difficult to get clean and he killed it. I haven't seem my car shine like this in a long time. It took about 1 hour to do an exterior clean and interior clean on my car, but there are a lot of little details that require attention. That said, Rocky was done with the car before I even came back. I guess time flies while walking around the mall, LOL.nnGreat work, fair price and I will definitely be back on a regular basis!
