St. Joe Ace Hardware

Montana did a great job mixing my paint and answered a few questions for me.

Asked if they had air mattresses, was told yes. I asked did they have twin, the girl rudely said”ma’am you’ll just have to come in here and look”. Not very good customer service. I don’t think the owner would appreciate rude employees to customers who would have purchased from them.

I had a very negative experience at this store several years ago with an item that the store refused to take back on return. When I pressed the matter, a very large male employee became fairly threatening. I have never been back and never will. I have found the Ace store in Apalachicola to be not only friendlier but much better stocked. I would not advise anyone to shop at the Port St Joe Ace location.

Very friendly and helpful people. I locked my keys in my truck and they let us borrow some flexible pipe so we could retrieve them from my front seat! Awesome Service!!
