Great Clips

Since I used the GreatClips online check-in feature, I was able to arrive around 10 minutes early and get my hair done with a very short wait time! Plus the stylist carefully listened to my requests and did an excellent job.

Due to go Covid 19, I had to go to this place since most of the other places I regularly go to were closed. I wish I had just seen the reviews before visiting this place. I would not recommend this place at all. The old lady could not understand what I was saying even though I tried to explain her and show her photos also of how I wanted a haircut. I could not understand what she was saying at all. She kept on saying the word 'soft' again and again. I basically kept asking what she meant, she took the hair and explained something what I understood was she meant 'short' (but she kept on saying it as soft again and again). Within 5 minutes she just took out a trimmer and cut something randomly. When I told her how this doesn't seem like what I wanted she started complaining that there was some problem with my hair. When I asked her to make some final touches, she got really irritated and again said that there was a problem with my hair. I just left off without being satisfied at all and whatever she had cut till then. This is one of the worst haircut experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place.

Needed a quick haircut so stopped in and WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. The man who cut my hair (who’s name started with a T) did such a terrible job I had to go to a different salon later that day to get it fixed. Avoid at all costs, going here WILL ruin your day.

I live in a retirement community that has a hair cut facility. Due to Covid-19 it was not open so went to Great Clips. Not as good as the place as I have gone for 10 years. My place it's open again so next time I am back to my favorite Terry.

It was ok. Stylists was nice.
