Studio Nails

I’ve been going to Studio Nails off and on for years. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and very accommodating, however after being closed due to Covid-19 they started charging a $25.00 extra fee if you do not return every 2 weeks. This fee was disclosed AFTER service was complete. While they do good work, it’s not worth the price of being charged and extra $25.00 if you do not return every 14 days.

We stopped in a couple of days after Christmas - three teenagers and a tired mom, looking to get new acrylics for the girls. Not only were they able to take us as walk-ins, but they also got all three girls started at the same time, and rotated technicians to keep everything moving along! One of the technicians suggested I get a pedicure while I was waiting (I didn't realize that acrylics take 30+ minutes) and I'm so glad I did. They have great massage chairs, and the technicians (particularly the one helping me) were friendly and efficient. They let us take pictures of the nails when they were done and were all-around one of the nicest nail bar experiences I've ever had.

Called first thing to get an appointment for pedis, and felt pampered and very safe the whole time. A definite treat in a difficult time.

Highly recommend! The workers are very knowledgeable and honest. They will give you recommendations about whether to get shellac/dip/acrylic based on your nails and needs. I witnessed a woman come in asking to have another salon’s work fixed and the people at Studio explained why they can’t touch up other’s work and gave her good advice - so professional! The place is also very clean. Might be slightly more expensive than other salons but worth it.

We waited for 30 minutes for quick manicures- without being told there was a a wait. They charged us $23 for polish change, polish immediately chipped. Nails uneven, peeling... horrible service and customer service.
