I have been getting haircut from Lacey for almost 5 years. While it was never spectacular, it's never bad. But it's been on a downward trajectory for the last couple years. My last haircut after covid is the last straw.nnMy hair is very easy to cut. It's short, thin, straight, neck length, and it's just a simple bob every time. It takes about 20 minutes to cut my hair. But last time, I asked for one length, but please don't make my ends flip out. But the result is that it's not one length, one chunck hair longer, one chunk hair shorter. And the ends just flip out. She also cut my ends in a way that made it look like i have a lot of split ends, while I don't have spit ends.nnThen I went back to get it fixed. Told her all those problems. Then she gave me so much layers, like a stacked layer cut. My shorted outer layer is a good 2, 3 inch shorter than the longest length. The shorted outer layer of hair is like a mad scientist, with sparse ends flipping out in all directions. And the ends of the hair looks coarse, splitty.nnI kept asking her just to give me the usual haircut like before. But she told me that i get different haircuts from her throughout the years... what??! I always get the same bob-ish haircut, slight layer, and hair ends never flipped out or looking so atrocious like now.nnAnd it's not just me that feel that her technique has gone worse. A friend of mine also gets haircut from her, and she also complained about her recent haircut from lacey.

It's so over-priced! I needed to get my color fixed that I had done myself bcuz of coronavirus. The color turned out good but the stylist talked the WHOLE time about all her crazy family, who did drugs, who was an alcoholic.... on and on and on. I learned pretty much everything about her dysfunctional life! Not very relaxing and waaaaay to expensive! I don't think I'll be going back.

Love this place. Every stylist I've had has done a wonderful job and is extremely nice.

Always a very positive experience. They are super talented and so kind and friendly.
