Really great massage by Dan. Friendly customer service at the front desk

Their membership is a little deceiving. They reel you in with it by the lower price, but then end up taking a lot of money in the long run. It’s really difficult to get out of the membership and they make the process very confusing. If you go, I strongly recommend you don’t go with the membership option.

Would have given 4 stars if the decor had more soft, soothing pastel colors and not so grey, brown and boring. Also having a cold air vent over my naked body is unpleasant. Otherwise, the massage itself was excellent.

I wanted to schedule an appointment but the software wouldn't allow me. Really? I find it easier going to a different massage place. It would be nice if they could fix that little problem. That's how a place will lose business.
