Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Great experience at the Spa and had a great 50 minute massage with Nicole. So happy with the experience, I joined their frequent flyer program!

My girlfriend treated me to a massage, and I was very excited. I'm a waitress, a single mom, and just have high stress. She raved about hand and stone massage but my expectations were not met.nnI spoke with the front desk and stated that I wanted the hymalian hot stones and was told I could add these on to my massage for an extra charge which I was happy to do, but once I arrived for my apt I was informed that my masseuse was not trained in the hot stones and I would not be receiving as part of my session. They didn't seem to communicate this information to each other and I felt that was very unprofessional but still decided to go through with the massage as my back is in extreme pain.nnI also made sure to arrive 15 min early to make sure I could receive the full 1 hour massage, but i wasn't called back into the room until 3:05pm for my 3pm session.nnThe massage finally started at 3:10pm, I was annoyed but hoped it would extend over.nThe massage was okay, Dennis was NEW and nice but the massage was not great.nI also broke out in hives afterwards, it's been a few days and they will not go away and are incredibly itchy.nI called in the following day and they seemed sorry but no solution was met.nThis is one of the worst experiences ever

Maaaaan. The initial service was warm and informative. This was MY first massage, but my wife and I got a couples massage. Our masseuse were very nice and never felt that line tempted or crossed. Very great experience. Too bad they don’t have a location more north than Shoreline.

Be clear with your expectations up front. Both my massage and my facial timed out at 40 minutes. Both therapies talked a lot during my treatment making it hard to relax. The atmosphere is nice but nothing special. I’ve had much better services elsewhere and really can’t recommend this place

I just recently got a dermalinfusion facial with Nicole and it was amazing! Honestly my skin looks so much better. After my facial she recommend me products to use and I really appreciate her being honest with what my skin needed and how knowledgeable she is. Overall my first experience here was really great and I will be definitely be coming back to see her. Also ... The front desk people are so sweet!
