Most experiences had been good. Too many bad ones in a row in a very short time messed it up.nnOrdered a large item online When I went to pick it up, since they didn't have a proper cart for it, they expected me to find one, bring it to the pickup area, help them mount the item on the cart so I could be on my way. A 5-minute transaction took well over 10 minutes.nnAbout a week later, I went to buy a couple of corrugated plastic sheets. The website said they had more than the amount I needed, so I went in person. Went to the aisle and bay in the online listing, but the item was not there. Had a somewhat irritated customer service rep try to help me by matching the price of the item I was looking for! Nothing about the description, size, color, mattered to them. Then explained the amount shown on the website may be from merchandise that had arrived but not yet unloaded from the trucks. Communication was not happening so I decided to give up, ordered it online and came to pick it up the next day.nnThey had acquired the wrong item. Just an acrylic sheet of the same size. Not corrugated. Not white. Not what I ordered. But the price matched. So I explained the situation and they began processing the return. I had gotten there about 15 minutes before closing, they began processing the return within 5 minutes... I waited another 10-15 minutes for the refund to complete. After talking to a manager, they explained the system wouldn't allow a return until after 15-20 after the order pick up; I had to provide my email and they would send me the receipt of the refund... I was still calm. The store was closing.nnI asked for something to even out the several inconveniences I'd been through; a gift card or something. Another call to a manager and the most they could do was a 15-20% discount on my next purchase... that I would have to do right then and there. Very disappointed.nnI'm currently very motivated to find a different home improvement store.nnI have not received my refund as of this writing, about 1 hour after the return.

The guy at the appliance center answers the phone immediately every time , is super helpful and patient. My fridge came next day and the delivery guys did a great job. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Like any big box store, it's always a mission to get someone to help you. I had to stand near a cashier and wait for them to finish the transaction before I asked for someone to help me. They can't blame this on the pandemic. It's always been this way. Once the guy came to help us out, everything was good. I just wish I would have seen more customer service people walking around.

This place has the worst staff possible, ghetto, rude and simply don’t care. I really hope Lowe’s sees and does something about it.
