New Divide Construction rebuilt a side porch on our 1800's era log cabin as well as replaced plumbing under the porch that had gone bad. They did a perfect job which included jacking up the roof, replacing columns, pouring concrete footings, replacing old plumbing that was under the porch, and repairing and painting an old metal roof. It is a beautiful restoration at an incredibly fair price!nnI found Justin to be extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I will definitely use New Divide Construction for any further restorations and additions to my home.

John and Justin are great guys to work with! They did a small remodeling project in our kitchen. We had them put a new exterior door in our wall. They ran into a few things typical with remodeling an older home and they worked through them quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Justin and Jon did a great job. My husband and I are well pleased with results. Really love their willingness to get creative and listened to our ideas and concerns and then follow through. Metal Stair Rails: Brad at NDC worked up a fantastic design for indoor stair rails. We wanted railings that were strong enough to hold the weight of an adult while having a sleek look. Brad made single piece per stair run railings with a smooth black powder finish. We get some many complements on them - Brad did a great job.nnFront Porch: Justin of NDC tore out an old porch, worked with us to make upgrades to accommodate beautiful wide front stairs. Job well done.nnDesk Cubby: Brad of NDC worked with us to convert an old closet to a workspace cubby. With only a general idea of what I wanted, Brad and Justin used hickory wood from an old cabinet to put up shelves and a floating desk top. Brad put in undershelf multi-color lighting and his thoughtful placement of wiring for electrical showed a real attention to detail. Thanks, Brad.nnWood Floor Installation: Justin at NDC replaced old carpeting with variable length, variable width red oak flooring. The project was completed in a timely manner - we knew we had found a trustworthy partner for future projects!!nn12x18 Outbuilding: Justin and Brad at NDC built an amazing brick and cedar wood structure for us - matching our house. Their attention to detail turned an outbuilding idea into a beautiful multi use sanctuary. We love to read out there, rest from gardening and have a glass of wine with friends. Thanks to both of you.nnIndoor Balcony Railings: We had poorly constructed railings overlooking an 18 foot drop into the living room. We looked at specialty stores as well as building supply stores but were not satisfied with the safety and design. Justin from NDC worked with us to design his own balcony and the final product is awesome.
