Decent venue, beautiful outdoor setting, historic building... this is where the magic ends. This building really needs a coat of paint and a deep clean, lots of potential here. The venue manager leers about, unhelpful and disagreeable. The main room was not set up as the bride had requested. I highly recommend a wedding coordinator to help deal with this difficult woman.nOutside of those issues this is not a terrible place which is why I gave it two stars instead of just one.

My buddy had his wedding here. It’s a really cool looking old building overlooking the city. Great sunset view. I only saw the outside and dinner hall so i can speak for the rest of the place.

This rental property is actually a renovated girls school dated way back when. The business rents rooms, large and small and the rates are actually reasonable. It is known to have been a little rowdy at one time but management has really cleaned up the place an most everyone there is friendly but not nosy. I will say I was informed that there were bedbugs present earlier in the year but am told that problem was corrected. Also know a security deposit is required and am told you'll play heck getting it back. Tenants share a kitchen and shower rooms. Men and women shower rooms provided.
