No one to help...no one will get back to you probably...but if you don’t pay them they will shut off everything they can!
New too the area, bought a house without being told of flooding issues. Turns out everytime it rains hard the city has diverted drainage into mine and my neighbors yards and it floods destroying hundreds of dollars. of landscaping They admit is their problem but denies it being a priority and refuses to fix it, told me maybe in 5 years they will get to it.
By far the worst water billing company ever! Can't wait to move from here! They charge you high fees just to pay your bill! People should be able to pay over $300 and not be subject to multiple fees.
Water/sewer in Waynesboro is at least 2x what our Staunton usage was billed. Of course, nobody has any answers when we have billing questions or issues. In addition, they charge a fee for credit card payments. What a joke! I wish I could uproot my home to the county or back to Staunton.
Request bill for newly restaurant I paid bill and still no water !
