I have to give a huge shout out to Chip Glover and Krystal Hartsook at the Waynesboro Town Center store. They went above and beyond to make sure that I, the customer, was completely taken care of and satisfied before I left the store. In a time when there is so much going on in our world it is such a heartfelt experience to encounter people who genuinely want to help others. They worked well together and were there for the customer!!!
Some of the best customer service I've ever received hands down! I believe their names are Chip and Crystal... Really genuine people who were so kind, honest, and knowledgeable about my upgrade! Them two are great!! Will always go to their store from now on!!!
Beware of scams, go with a different cell company or ask a ton of questions and READ every word on the contract before you sign. They will scam you. They only care about sales not people.
Chip is the best sprint rep around he has been helping the valley with their sprint service for atleast 10 years and is so helpful kind and caring.
On June 30, 2020 my mother and I visited this location to purchase her a new phone for her birthday. We were greeted upon entering the store I told the lady what we were there to do. She said that they didn't have phones on display or in stuck due to Covid-19. Totally understandable she goes back behind the counter and never says another word to either of us. None of the other employees offered to help nor ask if we had any questions. I told my mother we should go I'd take her to another store. We were the only customers in the store I felt totally appalled by the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed towards us. I can't help but wonder if the situation would of been different if we were white. I took my mother to the Sprint Store located on 2704 W M St where I purchased a new phone for her and was given exceptional customer service.
