Units are decent. Our unit was changed last minute, so we ended up with something with a different layout than what was shown. Rentcafe can be a bit annoying. BIG THING: Understand that their profit model necessitates them to fine their residents as frequently as possible. It is very likely, if you choose to live here, you will be required to pay additional fees and fines over the course of your tenancy. Be warned.
Nice apartment, but if you can’t afford 3rd floor, skip- cheap build, noisy- walls vibrate, pictures shake when noisy overhead neighbors are active. Will be glad when my lease is up!
This place is not accommodating to visitors. A tow truck comes each night to check for cars without permits. They also have no visitors’ parking lot so your guests have to park on the street outside the complex.nnWho should I contact? Windigrove apartment? Or the team at Wilsondale apartments? Was excited to live here, but was misled on the application. I asked in advance if there were units available before applying, and was told there were; but shortly after applying and paying the application fee I was told that the availability had changed and I wouldn't be receiving a refund on the fee. Disappointed.
Far as you know very friendly I mean I work there on the new expansion project so haven't really interacted with the people
