Does not accept credit/debit payments without a charge but will accept checks that could bounce. It’s a hassle to use the website to make payments. Just kept saying the billing address must match the credit card(which it does). Hard to make payments at the physical location when you work Monday-Friday during their business hours. It’s like the city doesn’t want my money. Horribly inefficient system. I give it a D- and the person that developed it an F

I'm a little annoyed cause I'm trying to pay my bill but it seems every time I call nobody wants to answer the phone and it 11pm on a Friday.
