These guys are always so nice to me when I come in! They do a great job with tailoring, and she is the only one I will let touch my suits and shirts for tailoring now.

I have not used their cleaning services, but their driver made me angry enough to post. The driver of the van was illegally driving across the parking lot of the Spotsylvania Town Center rather than following the lanes. The van turned only feet in front of me into the lane I was driving down to find a parking spot. Immediately after blocking the lane, the van stopped. I could not pass and their were no open spots where I was stuck at. After nearly a minute of sitting still, I honked at the van, which then parked only one spot further than it was stopped at the spot had been empty the whole time, the driver was not waiting for anyone to move. I attempted to address the illegality and rudeness of his actions, but the only thing the diver said was an angry “I don’t care.” I sincerely hope the other employees to not share this attitude.

Clean Cleaners is amazing!!! They cleaned our daughter’s stained wedding dress that she hadn’t even worn yet! Her big day is saved! I don’t know how they managed it, but they were awesome! Customer for life!

We've been using Clean Cleaners since August 2011. Every now and then, a garment comes back from them with a stain or some other mark that wasn't there when we dropped the item off. They always took the item back to re-clean ... free of charge. Although, they never acknowledge any responsibility for the new mark/blemish.nnRecently, we dropped off a pair of pants to be altered and pressed. Obviously, I had to put them on so they could be pinned for the alterations.nnWhen we received the item back, there was a bleach/scorch mark in the leg. Unfortunately, we didn't see the damage until a few days later. We brought the item back asked about what happened.nnThey had the nerve to say the mark was there when we brought the item in. Well ... that would have been impossible because the item had to be tried on to be pinned and the mark would have been clearly visible.nnAfter about 5 minutes of discussion and being called a liar ... we walked out.nnWe won't be going back.
